With more than 25 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, consultant, Top-Speaker and bestselling author Edgar K. Geffroy has become one of the most sought out business experts.

He is a member of the Federal Economic Senate Germany appointed by the Federal Association of Middleclass Economy.

The foundation of all his activities is the principle of customer orientation, developed by Edgar K. Geffroy himself. Geffroy is the pioneer of the Clienting-concept with which the idea of customer orientation was redefined worldwide at the beginning of the 1990s.

For his forward-looking presentation on topics such as Clienting, Changement, Partnering and Exnovation he refers to his own experiences as a turn-around business man in different industries, business cultures and positions.

More than 2000 performances in front of more than 400000 people show the acceptance of his concepts.

Geffroy is a man who is constantly breaking the trends and a lateral thinker who questions well-tried approaches and offers solutions to existing problems.

Edgar K. Geffroy is author of one of the most read book on sales of the 1980s: Successful Sales on Demand. The new cognition of the Clienting principle were summed up in the 1990s in his book “The Only Disturbance is the Customer”, which remained in the top ten lists for 100 weeks. His meanwhile 15 books reached a total of 250000 runs in 25 countries.

In September of 2007 Edgar K. Geffroy was voted into the German Speakers Hall of Fame® and honoured for his life’s work. The acceptance of a speaker into the Hall of Fame is the highest award of the GSA (German Speakers Association e.V.), an association of quality-orientated coaches, referents and speakers with international orientation.

In the opinion of the German business magazine Wirtschaftswoche Edgar K. Geffroy belongs to the top 10 leading business motivators. An impressive reference list gave him a position amongst the business-elite.

His successful implementation of the short pass-orientated strategy was rewarded with the award for “Best EKS-Anwendung 2000”.
